Ponzu Sauce


  • 1/2 cup fresh lime or lemon juice 
  • tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • tablespoons mirin (sweet rice wine)
  • tablespoons light brown sugar
  • pinch red pepper
Mix all and let sit for an hour.  Store in the frig until ready to use.
